                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                  ACCEPT A GRANT FROM TENNESSEE WILDLIFE
                  RESOURCES AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED
                  FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00) RELATIVE
                  TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FISHING PONDS IN
                  CHATTANOOGA TO FACILITATE AN URBAN FISHING
                  PROGRAM.
                 
                                                   
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to accept a
       grant from Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency in the amount of
       $150,000.00 relative to the establishment of fishing ponds in
       Chattanooga to facilitate an urban fishing program and 
authorizing
       said Administrator to execute any agreements and documents
       relating thereto.
